S andpiper Housing Co-Operative is a community within a larger community. Members share common goals and develop a sense of identity & pride by working together. Through member commitment, we have promoted a balance of individual family privacy, while enriching neighbourhood relationships.

~ WE ARE NEIGHBOURS ~

This bright, cheerful community lives up to its namesake as a cluster of homes, located at the edge of Scott Road's (120th Street) services in Surrey.

The buildings are roomy fourplexes or triplexes. A quick trip across the Alex Fraser Bridge gets you into Richmond or South Vancouver in minutes. Scott Road Joins the Patullo Bridge and Skytrain station for New West or Burnaby destinations.

The co-operative tenure enables people to form a caring community of neighbours who look out for each other.
