Sandpiper Housing Co-Operative is a 49-Unit townhouse complex, located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. We have two, three & four bedroom units.

Co-Operatives offer the safety and security of small village living in the midst of our cities & towns. They provide opportunities to meet new people, places for children to play, and suites adapted for physically challenged people. Neighbours get to know each other because they work and often socialize together.

Residents manage the operations of their own co-op, making decisions about goals, community guidelines, and how money is to be spent. Each member has a vote in general meetings, and volunteers to serve on committees or the Board Of Directors.

Members share the benefits of not-for-profit operations - co-op units cannot be bought or sold, and there is no profit-taking by a landlord. Housing charges are based on actual operating costs. Below are the current housing charges and income requirements:
