WEDNESDAY
Early registration begins
Room hopping starts.

THURSDAY Throughout the day - informal room hopping. Most of the major dealers will have their rooms open on the first and second floors in the main building.

Throughout the day - pick up registration packets from Linda and John at the hospitality suite #273. The hospitality suites are above the conference center. Take a left at the top of the ramp in the lobby and follow that hall around to an elevator lobby.

7:00 PM Swap Party
Bring all of your extras to trade with fellow PEZheads. Bring your personalized PEZ to trade too. You can also swap your PEZ items for money. Stop by to wheel and deal. Event held in the Ballroom. Open to adults and children alike.

7:00 PM Dealer Welcome Reception
A Dealer Welcome Reception will be held complete with beverages and snacks. This will provide a break for our dealers along with some much deserved refreshment.

9:00 PM "Pezamania Wars" Single Elimination Tournament
Immediately following the Swap Meet we will host a new Pezamania event called "Pezamania Wars". This will be a single elimination tournament with 128 contestents. Each tournament round involves playing a game of "War" - a simple card game played by most everyone growing up. Each War game will be played head to head against a single opponent. Each round of play will eliminate one half of the total contestents until an overall winner is determined. There will be some wonderful prizes awarded to the lucky players who reach the round of eight (quarter finals) and beyond.
 
FRIDAY
Throughout the day - informal room hopping. Most of the major dealers will have their rooms open. Please wear your convention badges. They are very nice and you will be proud to wear them!

11 AM to 4 PM
Pick up registration packets from Linda and John at the coat room across from the ballrooms. Late arrivals can pick up packets Saturday morning.

1 PM to 4 PM - DICEAMANIA TRAINING
DICEAMANIA TRAINING will be held all afternoon complete with a question and answer period.

1 PM to 4 PM Seminars TBD
The seminars will be held in the ballroom just opposite the children's activities.

1 PM to 4 PM - Children's Activities
This will be the third year of this great addition to Pezamania. Thanks to the planning, coordinating and hosting skills of Jeff and Lynda Gilligan we will continue to feature several children's activities that are fun filled and packed with prizes and surprises. We plan to continue our Putt-Putt and Bean Bag Toss from past years. This year we plan to add Plinko, Down-a Clown and Ring Toss. We will therefore have (5) stations for the kids. All the children will be given a score sheet to tally their scores and at the end of all (5) games, every child will win a prize.
We are also planning to continue children's Bingo. There will be (5) Regular Bingo Games and (2) Mega Bingo Games. The winners will each win some awesome prizes.
We are also planning to continue the children's Scavenger Hunt again this year. As usual all the Children's Activities are absolutely free!!

5 PM "DICEAMANIA Preview" A Pezamania Exclusive!
The hotel will be setting up a food court style concession to sell light dinner options. Please come early to get your DICEAMANIA Tickets. Special Prize Drawings all evening for people playing DICEAMANIA. Charity Raffle Tickets also on sale at this time. The Charity Raffle has replaced the Charity Bingo Games of previous years. Lots of wonderful prizes will be awarded to the lucky ticket holders!!

After DICEAMANIA-- We are featuring a Pezamania Exclusive called "Modified Moonlight Madness". This fun filled experience gives several Pezamania shoppers and each of the dealers chances to win valuable prizes.
 
SATURDAY
7 AM- Ballroom open for dealer set up.
You must wear your convention badge and your helpers must be convention registered. The access door will close at 8:30 AM.

9 AM- Convention registered people admitted.

10 AM- Show open to general public. $5 adult admission, $10 family maximum. Door prizes and dealer prizes awarded throughout the show.

2:30 PM- Ballroom Show closed 3:30 PM- Charity Auction

REGISTRATION $35 PER PERSON - $50 AFTER JUNE 30

CHILDREN'S REGISTRATION - OPTIONAL (12 YEARS & YOUNGER)
Children's size T-Shirts and all the other convention goodies included in the Registration Pouch will be available for separate purchase.

Registration by mail or online is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Since we are including Convention T-Shirts in the Registration Packages - size information is critical. We will, however acommodate walk-in registrations beginning at Noon on Wednesday in the hotel Hospitality Room #273 (Conference Center Wing) and at the coat room outside of the ballrooms on Friday. The late Registration Fee of $50 will apply! We will not be able to guarantee that all size shirts will be available. So please register early BY MAIL or ONLINE using PAYPAL if possible.

ABSENTEE REGISTRATION Absentee Registration Packages will be available after the 2008 Pezamania Convention for $35 each plus $6.00 shipping. Please register early for absentee packages so proper shirt sizes can be ordered.

Dealer Registration Information
Dealer tables are $50 each. The dealer tables for Saturday's show are six feet in length and will have white tablecloths. Please reserve your space in advance by emailing glidog@aol.com

The action is fast and furious at PEZAMANIA. By Wednesday night there are usually eight or nine dealers already open for business, buying from each other and selling to early arrivals. By Thursday night, many Pezheads have checked in to the hotel and are on PEZ Patrol.

All dealers and their helpers must be convention registrants.
Hotel Rooms - Please be sure to request the first or second floor (main building) when making your hotel reservations if your room will be open for room hopping. Please use the same name for the dealer table registration as well as the hotel registration. This will facilitate our dealer room assignment task. When working with the hotel staff on dealer room assignments, priority will be will be given to those dealers who registered early.

PLEASE REGISTER EARLY AND MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The number one request from registrants is that they want the dealers to be together. The only way we can do this is if you register early and make your hotel reservations.

All dealers must have a current Ohio State Sales Tax Certificate (8% in this county).

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, lounge and there are over 10 restaurants and fast food places within walking distance.
Special Room Rate $92 per night plus taxes (no increase from 2006). When you call in your reservation, be sure to mention PEZAMANIA to get the special rate in the block. This rate is guaranteed until June 19 and after the 19th, the hotel will honor that rate on a space available basis.

Room Assignments
We strive to get most of the major dealers together for a giant shopping street of PEZ. This makes it easier for everyone and requires cooperation and communication. Dealers, please email for instructions on room assignments.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS AND SEND IN YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. We can't stress enough how important it is to make a hotel room reservation. These can be cancelled with as little as 24 hours notice. It's much easier to cancel than to try to get a room at the last minute! We meet with the hotel 30 days before the convention for the final plan. After that our room block is released to the general public and you are on your own and may not get a room.

Dealers who sign up for Saturday ballroom tables in advance will have a room assignment on the first or second floor.

Convention registrants who are not setting up on Saturday in the ballroom, but who indicate on the registration forms that they would like to open their room for room hopping will be assigned rooms on the first or second floor on a first come first serve basis.

Directions
Located at the Rockside road exit of I-77 just south of the I-480 junction, eight miles South of downtown Cleveland.

From the Northeast- take I-90 west to I-271 south to I-480 west to I-77 south. Exit at Rockside road, you can see the hotel from the ramp.

From the Northwest- take I-90/ Ohio Turnpike to I-480 east then take I-77 south. Exit at Rockside Road, you can see the hotel from the ramp.

From the South - take I-77 north and exit at Rockside Road.
Summer is orange barrel season in Cleveland so you might want to check with the auto club if you are driving because they sometimes close off exit ramps for no apparent reason.
