Psalm 71: 6 I have been sustained by you ever since I was born; from my mother's womb you have been my strength; * my praise shall be always of you.

Psalm 106: 27,28 They sacrificed their sons * and their daughters to evil spirits. They shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, * which they offered to the idols of Canaan, and the land was defiled with blood.

Psalm 127: 4-6 Children are a heritage from the LORD, * and the fruit of the womb is a gift. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior * are the children of one's youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them! * he shall not be put to shame when he contends with his enemies in the gate.
